NEXA is a service of The Guffo Corp, a company registered in Florida, USA ("NEXA", "we"). This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, fill out the assessment, or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS or email, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, business, email, phone and your assessment answers (business type, city, sales and budget ranges, challenges).
- Messages: if you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, we receive your profile name, your number or platform ID, and the content of the messages, photos or files you send.
- Technical visit data: page, browser, approximate device and campaign parameters (such as utm).
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and prepare your assessment and proposal.
- To contact you about your assessment and our services, if you gave us permission.
- To improve our ads, our website and the quality of our replies.
Some replies come from an automated AI assistant. You can always ask to talk to a person.
Meta data (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
We use Meta's official tools to receive and reply to messages and comments on our own accounts. Data received through those platforms is used only to handle your conversation. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build profiles unrelated to that conversation, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers described below.
Messaging and consent
If you give us consent, we may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, phone and email, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS, or write to us to unsubscribe from any channel.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate (web hosting, messaging, email, AI models and advertising tools), under their own confidentiality terms, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as it is useful to serve you or for the business relationship, or as required by law. Conversations that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months at the latest.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving messages, at any time. See Delete my data. If you live in a state with its own privacy law (for example, California), you also have the rights that law gives you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
